Remember a while back when I posted my recipe for lemon hummus? Well, there’re two more hummus recipes (what’s the plural of hummus, anyway? hummai?) where that came from! I’ve got recipes for a southwest black bean hummus and a red pepper hummus that I’ve been keeping up my sleeve.
And I’ve got some great news to go along with the hummus recipes: Pi Gluten Free, a company that makes amazing gluten-free baked goods (their vegan and gluten-free cupcakes are to die for!), has asked me to contribute to their blog. The two new hummus recipes are up on their blog now, and there are more gluten-free recipes to come!
Check out my hummus recipes on Pi’s website here. And while you’re there, check out their other blog entries (including gluten-free staples for your pantry) and their delicious products.
New hummus recipes are always welcome. I experiment with all kinds of beans too for hummus, but I don’t believe I’ve ever made one with red beans. I can imagine it’d be delicious.
Oops. That was supposed to read “Southwest black bean and red pepper,” not red bean. Corrected now!
(Not sure exactly how red bean hummus would taste, but I’m willing to try anything once…Adding it to the “to-make” list.)
