Blackberry Mint Smoothie
I’ve got a big thing for smoothies. As the weather warms up, I crave fresh fruit blends. Nothing’s better than a thick, cold, sweet smoothie after a run; it’s pretty much the only thing I can stomach after a run.
And so when I had some blackberries left over, I thought I’d ring in spring with a new smoothie. This one is sweet and tart; cold and smooth. In short, it’s the perfect way to welcome warmer weather (despite the fact that the warm weather’s holding out on us).
